I have now completed the next part of the girls face.
When I looked at her after I’d finished a 2 hour session, I thought she looked a bit jaundice but looking at this photo she doesn’t look that bad. I do still feel I had my pressure a little too heavy. Laleh has said that I can remove a layer of the yellowy undertones with an eraser and then add the pinky skin colour on top.
I will possibly leave it till I’ve done a bit more and if it annoys me I will have to try.
There’s always tweeks to me made here an there but so far, looking at what I’ve drawn I’m impressed.
I would never have thought a year ago or even when I first found coloured pencil in 2022 that I would ever draw a human face.
